Staff Nurse, RN - Labor and Delivery/ Mother-Baby (Nights)

Document and communicate patient conditions, stabilize newborns, and interpret fetal monitor strips. Appropriately manage antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients while preparing for and assisting with surgical procedures. Maintain competence in surgical circulator and scrub roles, formulate nursing care plans, and provide direction to LPNs and ancillary staff. Work independently using the EPIC system and EMR, obtaining NRP certification within six months. Accountable to the patient, family, and assigned patient care manager for total work performance. Requires current Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and ECG rhythm recognition.
