Staff Nurse (RN)- Behavioral Health Unit

Evening shift RN in the Behavioral Health Unit (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri, 40 hrs/week) providing patient-centered nursing care. Responsibilities include assessing and planning care, implementing interventions, communicating with patients/families and the healthcare team, documenting in real time, delegating to licensed and non-licensed staff, and maintaining patient safety. Role involves de-escalation and crisis management, psycho-educational and one-on-one education, and collaboration with the unit team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Eligible applicants may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000; weekends are not required and holidays rotate.
