Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents by administering medication, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans. Supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining accurate records and following all policies. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations that arise during shifts, liaising with healthcare professionals as needed. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of experience in a nursing home setting.
Required Qualifications
