Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop individualized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required. Manage emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed for person-centered care. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home setting. Full-time or part-time hours, days or nights, up to 48 hours per week, paid at £19 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
