Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents by administering medication, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans. Supervise and manage care assistants to ensure high-quality person-centered care while maintaining accurate records and following all policies. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations that arise during shifts. Requires NMC registration as an RGN/RMN with 1-2 years of nursing home experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work up to 48 hours per week at rates up to £22 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting
