Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to create individualized care plans. Supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining accurate records and following all policies. Prepare to handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during your shift. This role requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
