Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to create individualized care plans. Supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants while maintaining accurate records and following all policies for person-centered care. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations that arise during shifts. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of experience in a nursing home setting, plus excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
