Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop personalized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while adhering to policies to ensure person-centered safety and well-being. Manage emergencies that arise during shifts and maintain accurate records and updated care plans. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, minimum 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment
