Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop individualized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required. Manage emergencies and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to deliver person-centered care. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, minimum 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
