Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop personalized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while managing emergencies and adhering to policies for person-centered care. Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed. Requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home. Full-time or part-time roles available, with hours up to 48 per week and pay from £19 per hour. Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
