Job Summary
Ensure all residents are treated with dignity, privacy, and respect while implementing the Named Nurse model and maintaining accurate documentation. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and visitors, particularly during bereavement, and ensure full compliance with Healthcare policies and HIQA standards. Maintain clear records in line with legislation, govern the safe custody of medicines, and complete resident admissions with all required documentation. Liaise with healthcare professionals to support safe and coordinated discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care. Required Qualifications
- First-level nursing registration
- Registered on the NMBI live register
- Stamp 4, Stamp 1G, Irish citizenship, EU/EEA citizenship, or any status granting full work rights in Ireland
