Job Summary
Ensure all residents are treated with dignity, privacy, and respect, maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation. Adhere to Healthcare policies regarding medication custody, admissions, and the Named Nurse concept while liaising with multidisciplinary teams for discharge continuity. Develop professional relationships with residents, relatives, and bereaved families to provide appropriate support. This role is located in Clare and requires EU/Irish citizens or Stamp 1G/4 holders; sponsorship is not available. Competitive rates of pay include a €1,000 tax-free sign-on bonus for newly appointed nurses, payable after six months' service, alongside flexible working arrangements and an Employee Assistance Programme.
Required Qualifications
- Registered on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- EU/Irish Citizens, Stamp 1G Spouse, Stamp 4 Holders
