Job Summary
Provide care upholding the dignity, privacy, and individuality of each resident while acting as a Named Nurse to ensure accurate documentation. Foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and visitors, offering support during bereavement. Ensure all Healthcare policies and HIQA standards are followed, maintaining clear records and safeguarding medicine administration. Manage resident admissions and liaise with healthcare professionals for seamless discharges. First-level nursing registration on the NMBI live register required.
