Job Summary
Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of applicable board and state regulations. Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs while serving as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under the Wellness Leadership team. Work independently with minimal direct supervision to organize tasks, document clearly, and follow through on assignments. Maintain flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. Current LPN license, CPR certification, and First Aid certification required; assisted living or long-term care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
- Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state
- Current CPR certification
- Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred
- Current First Aid certification preferred
