Job Summary
Assess, plan, and review individualised care for patients while administering medication and maintaining accurate clinical records. Deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care within a 24-hour specialist residential service for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support recovery and promote a safe, therapeutic environment. Required Qualifications
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration
