Staff Nurse - Physical Medicine, Casual

Staff Nurse in Physical Medicine provides clinically competent nursing care to acutely ill patients using evidence-based practice, administers medications with adherence to medication rights, conducts patient and family education, participates in care planning and discharge planning, and engages in quality improvement activities. Responsibilities include triage by phone, assessing and addressing patient needs across physical, psychosocial, rehab, safety, learning, and cultural dimensions, and coordinating care with the health team. Preferred BSN and at least one year of experience in a pertinent clinical specialty, with bilingual proficiency as a plus.
