Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessment, and implement treatment plans for seniors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and families to evaluate outcomes and ensure safe administration of care. Delegate tasks to assistive personnel while maintaining competency within the Nurse Practice Act. Manage 12-hour day shifts with an every-other weekend and holiday rotation. Receive a $32.50+ hourly rate plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Good Samaritan has a Drug Free Workplace Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
