Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement treatment plans for seniors at GSS ND Larimore Ctr. Delegate tasks to assistive personnel and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to evaluate care outcomes. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to state licensure and American Nurses Association standards. Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation with 12-hour day shifts. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and time off benefits. Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Good Samaritan has a Drug Free Workplace Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
