Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement treatment plans for seniors in the Larimore Center. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and families to evaluate outcomes, while delegating tasks to assistive personnel within the charge nurse role. Manage preventative care, health maintenance, and diagnosis across all phases of resident treatment. Full-time 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation. $32.50+ hourly plus $30,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Bachelor's degree preferred with an unencumbered RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).", "Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
