Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement treatment plans for seniors at GSS ND Larimore Ctr. Delegate tasks to assistive personnel, ensure safe administration of care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to evaluate outcomes. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice while serving as charge nurse when required. Full-time RN role with 12-hour day shifts, every-other weekend and holiday rotation, and $32.50+ hourly pay plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Bachelor's degree preferred; currently holds unencumbered RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
