Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement preventative health maintenance for seniors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and families to plan, evaluate, and resolve care concerns while delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain competency across all phases of diagnosis, treatment, and education in a Christian, not-for-profit environment. Full-time RN role with 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation, and a $32.50+ hourly rate including a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Bachelor's degree preferred; holds unencumbered RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Good Samaritan has a Drug Free Workplace Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
