Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement health maintenance plans for seniors at the GSS ND Larimore Ctr. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to evaluate outcomes and resolve care concerns while serving as charge nurse when needed. Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence and practice standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time employment includes every other weekend and holiday rotation, with a $32.50+ hourly rate plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
