Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement treatment plans for seniors in a Christian environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, families, and providers to evaluate care outcomes while serving as charge nurse to delegate tasks to assistive personnel. Manage resident education and health maintenance within the full scope of nursing practice and state licensure standards. Full-time RN required with $32.50+ hourly pay, $30,000 sign-on bonus, and 12-hour day shifts including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- 12 hour shifts
- Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
