Staff Nurse - Operating Theatre (Recovery)

Utilise clinical assessment skills to identify patient needs, develop, document, and update individualised care plans for patients in the operating theatre recovery area. Provide high-quality nursing care following best practice, policies, and NMBI standards while implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans as patient needs change. Respect patient dignity and confidentiality while advocating for their health, safety, and wellbeing through effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Prepare discharge plans and promote self-care, maintain competency through continuous learning, and support the education of colleagues and students. Adhere to infection prevention protocols and participate in audits to enhance care standards.
