Staff Nurse - Operating Room (Per Diem)

Provide direct care to patients ranging from infancy to the elderly in the operating room, supporting anesthesia and maintaining patent airways for adult and pediatric cases. Assess learning needs, administer drugs while responding to complications, and maintain proficiency in surgeons' techniques during scrub or circulating roles. Make independent clinical decisions, document accurately, and communicate patient status changes to the physician and team. Adhere to universal precautions, participate in emergency drills, and integrate cost-effective measures into care. Maintain BLS certification and complete required clinical experience.
