Staff Nurse, Oncology Full time - Sign On Bonus

Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for chemotherapy, blood products, IV hydration, central line and port care, and phlebotomy. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and the interprofessional team to develop individual plans of care for urgent needs and hospital admissions, ensuring communication across the continuum. Work a 3-12 shift schedule with one week of nights per six weeks.
