Assess, diagnose, plan, and intervene in actual or potential health problems while evaluating patient responses to care. Deliver responsible health teaching and manage discharge planning for assigned patients. Collaborate with designated care teams to coordinate and guide team members in planning patient care activities. Demonstrate professional scientific knowledge, clinical judgment, and teaching skills throughout the 7pm to 7:30am night shift.
