Staff Nurse NOC Shift Part Time

Assess residents' health upon admission and ongoing changes in condition, develop or update individualized care plans, and perform hands-on nursing tasks per residents' care plans. Communicate resident needs and changes to the Director, Health and Wellness, staff, and families while transcribing physician orders and monitoring medication administration. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen Guidelines, and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. Train and support care staff to meet continuing education and competency requirements, report any elder maltreatment or abuse, and perform other duties as assigned. This part-time NOC shift role supports a collaborative team in Milestone's Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
