Job Summary
Deliver direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting individualized assessments to create care plans. Supervise and manage care assistants while maintaining accurate records and following all policies for person-centered care. Handle emergencies and unexpected situations as they arise during your shift. This role offers up to £22 per hour for 48-hour weeks, with options for full-time or part-time night shifts. The successful candidate must be an NMC-registered RGN or RMN with 1-2 years of nursing home experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a compassionate team environment.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
