Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop individualized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required. Manage emergencies and ensure safety by following all policies and procedures to deliver person-centered care. You must hold NMC registration as an RGN or RMN with at least one year of experience in a nursing home setting. This role offers night shifts within a compassionate UK nursing home team dedicated to the well-being of residents.
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting
