Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to elderly residents, including administering medication and conducting assessments to develop individualized care plans. Supervise care assistants and other nursing staff while maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required. Manage emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed for person-centered care. This role requires NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home, and excellent communication skills. The position offers up to £21 per hour for days or nights shifts, with hours up to 48 weeks. We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable nurse to join our UK nursing home team.
Required Qualifications
