Job Summary
Administer medication, provide direct care to residents, and develop individualized care plans while conducting assessments. Oversee care assistants and other nursing staff to deliver person-centered care, strictly following policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records, update care plans as necessary, and effectively manage emergencies during shifts. Requires valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, 1-2 years of nursing home experience, and excellent communication skills. Full-time or part-time roles available with flexible hours up to 48 weeks, offering rates up to £23 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or a similar setting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
