Staff Nurse - Minor Procedures and Dressing Clinic

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMBI professional standards while assisting with minor surgical procedures and providing peri-procedural nursing care. Assess, manage, and evaluate acute, chronic, and post-operative wound care, including patient education, and promote continuity of care through coordinated follow-up and effective liaison with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in service development, clinical audit, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development while adhering to organisational policies, HIQA National Standards, and JCI Accreditation Standards. Requires active NMBI registration, two years' post-registration experience, and wound management qualification. Immediate start available for this part-time permanent role in Tralee.
