Job Summary
New graduate RN fellowship offering a 24-month program to develop competency in nursing for a transition into ICU Staff Nurse. Fellowship provides time on medical-surgical, telemetry, progressive care, and ICU units. Eligible for full-time hours with shift flexibility; program supports newly graduating BSN nurses and emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and adaptability while delivering Serious Medicine, Extraordinary Care. Relocation assistance is provided to assist with the transition, and a student loan repayment option is available to eligible participants.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1, 2023 or later)
