Staff Nurse - Med Surg, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across diverse acute settings. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses; and evaluate responses to achieve patient outcomes. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and safety. Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in a 24/7/365 environment. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN with five years of employment.
