Staff Nurse - Med/Surg, Nights, 7p-7a

Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process in primary nursing principles on Med/Surg 2 North during the night shift (7p-7a). Key duties include assessing patient and family needs, developing and communicating realistic care plans, implementing medical orders and nursing interventions, evaluating patient responses, maintaining accurate documentation, maintaining current licensure and certifications, and promoting a safe, professional environment. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current state license; BLS is required and ACLS/PALS are preferred or completed within the first year. Works on-site in Norwalk, OH with full-time hours and benefit offerings including a sign-on bonus based on experience.
