Staff Nurse LTC - Per Diem

Assess physical and psychosocial needs of residents and develop individual plans of care. Implement and evaluate care plans while administering and documenting medications per department policy. Supervise safety of residents and staff, delegate care, and provide education to residents or significant others. Collaborate with peers to ensure responsibilities are completed and give complete resident reports to receiving or transferring staff. Follow resident care standards, security policies, and system procedures while pursuing professional growth. Requires a California registered nurse license, CPR and BLS certifications, and six months of acute care experience.
