Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients under RN oversight, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based interventions, monitor care plans, and document updates in electronic medical records. Provide clinical supervision to patient care associates, delegate assignments, and serve as a mentor while actively participating in shared governance and quality improvement projects. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and HIPAA policies, and respond promptly to unit safety concerns.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Massachusetts license as an LPN in good standing
- Understand the philosophy and support the model of care at HRC
- Must be a professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious, and results-oriented individual
- Must have an optimistic and positive demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good intuition
