Job Summary
Staff Nurse (LPN or RN) in Indiana within an assisted living/long-term care setting. Assist with coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services for assigned residents, promote resident independence, and address resident/family concerns. Foster a positive work environment. Requires current Indiana RN or LPN license; experience in long-term care, public health nursing, hospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferred. Physical demands include remaining stationary 50-100% and ability to move objects weighing 10-30 lbs. Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (8601 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
Required Qualifications
- Current license as Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana
- Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
