Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise quality nursing care services for assigned residents while promoting their individual independence. Handle resident or family concerns and complaints to maintain a positive work environment. Assist with care planning that reflects the facility's philosophy of service and excellence. This full-time role is available immediately for LPN or RN candidates with a current Indiana license. Experience in long-term care, public health, or nursing facilities is preferred. The position requires the ability to remain stationary 50-100% and move objects up to 30 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana
- Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in a hospital, retirement community, or nursing facility
