Job Summary
Provide nursing-related services for clients undergoing substance use disorder and mental health treatment, including thorough assessments, routine care, and medication management. Review medication logs, facilitate medication education, and integrate nursing considerations into treatment plans while ensuring meticulous documentation adhering to facility and State requirements. Conduct on-site care in a full-time role with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Required Qualifications
- An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited school
- Experience in acute care, detox, and/or mental health settings
- Strong knowledge of discipline-specific principles and practices
- Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and familiarity with Joint Commission Standards
- Understanding of State & Federal regulations regarding Client Confidentiality
- Competency in assessing mental health, trauma, and other relevant conditions
- Excellent assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Exceptional observational skills and detail oriented
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach
- Full-time employment
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 7 AM-7 PM schedule
- On-site location in Sebring, FL
