Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise quality nursing care services for assigned residents while promoting their individual independence. Handle resident or family concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure all care aligns with the facility's philosophy of safe, dignified, and affordable housing for seniors. Requires current Indiana RN or LPN license, basic math skills, and experience in long-term care or public health nursing. Full-time position with competitive pay and great benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana
- Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in a hospital, retirement community, or nursing facility
