Staff Nurse, LPN - Part-time

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments including ASAM forms, administer medications as directed, and complete documentation per facility and state requirements. Provide routine care at various levels of care while reviewing medication logs and assisting the medical department. Identify treatment needs, integrate findings into collaborative plans, and facilitate medication education. Collaborate with patients, families, and referral sources to coordinate post-discharge recovery plans and apply clinical judgment during crisis situations. Work part-time on a one 12-hour weekly shift in Gilman, IL, reporting to the Director of Nursing.
