Staff Nurse - LPN

Staff Nurse (LPN/RN) in Medford, OK who will deliver direct nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting as part of an interdisciplinary health team. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and evaluating nursing activities; supervising and delegating to team members; providing patient education and care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act, infection control guidelines, and OSHA standards; performing clinical tasks (e.g., sterile dressings, EKGs, immunizations, IV fluids, medications), triaging patients, maintaining inventory and records, and supporting department operations to ensure efficient patient flow. Requires current Oklahoma RN or LPN license, strong teaching/clinical skills, ability to work with diverse patient populations, and flexibility to align with health center priorities. Ability to work remotely is at supervisor discretion per health policies.
