Job Summary
Ensure all care delivered adheres to safe professional nursing standards and core competencies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet clinical needs. Practice in a primary nursing model, maintaining accountability for assigned patients under RN oversight and participating in care planning activities. Document pertinent information in electronic medical records, initiate necessary reports, and delegate clinical care to nursing assistants. Actively participate in shared governance, quality data collection, and performance improvement projects. May assume charge nurse responsibilities including shift reports, clinical oversight, assignment development, and auditing admissions and discharges. On-site role with salary range $33.00 - $45.00. Requires current Massachusetts LPN license, approved nursing school graduate, and previous experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Massachusetts license as an LPN in good standing
- Understand the philosophy and support the model of care at HRC
