Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients and families in the Labor and Delivery Unit 1, providing general care across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Document planned interventions and revise care plans based on evaluative data as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment. Scheduled as needed, day shifts.
