Staff Nurse II, Stepdown ICU

Assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care for acute patients in a stepdown ICU setting, including direct patient care, family education, and transitions of care. Develop and implement individualized plans of care that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors while maintaining collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers. Prioritize assignments, manage time-sensitive activities, and use critical thinking to solve routine or complex problems within standardized policies and procedures. Work independently in an ever-changing environment while ensuring patient privacy and adhering to industry standards and applicable laws.
