Job Summary
Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care in an acute Neonatal ICU setting, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care; develops and coordinates a holistic plan of care incorporating psychosocial factors; fosters collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians and healthcare teams; adheres to policies, standards, and regulations to promote optimal patient experiences; requires RN licensure and BLS/NIHSS/NRP certifications with ~2 years of related experience; night shift, full-time.
Required Qualifications
- RN license or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- NIHSS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Provider
- 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
