Job Summary
Staff Nurse II provides nursing care in the Emergency Department, plans and directs patient care under supervision, orients new staff and precepts students, and may assume Relief Charge Nurse duties as assigned. Requires California RN license, BLS, and completion of ACLS and PALS prior to orientation completion; minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience; 12-hour night shift; per-diem position. Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills desirable. Night shift, per-diem arrangement; a strong focus on quality of care, teamwork, safety, and patient/customer relations.

- Completion of applicable hospital and department RN competencies within 3 months of hire/transfer
