Staff Nurse, ICU, Full Time, Day Shift

Staff Nurse in ICU responsible for applying the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care per the medical plan of care and established policies. Coordinates and delegates care to other professionals and ancillary staff; communicates findings to appropriate parties. Requires ADN degree, SC RN license, BLS certification, and NRP certification within 1 year of hire. On-site in Greenwood, SC; Day shift, full-time. Duties include coordination with Nurse Manager/Director and adherence to unit code responsibilities; ability to perform other job-related duties as requested.
